We understand that sometimes, things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions:

1. Go to Return Center and complete the return form.

2. You’ll receive instructions and a return authorization.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

4. After inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

• Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.

• Sale/discounted items, accessories, and lingerie are final sale and non-returnable.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.

• Fubella Wear is not responsible for items lost in return shipping without tracking.
